Our work contributes towards over 480 organizations and feeding centers in the Federal Capital and Suburban Buenos Aires who feed over 78,000 people.

The Organizations We Help

There are many organizations today that have difficulty in obtaining the amount of food they need for all the people who live at or feed at their facilities. From Banco de Alimentos Foundation we contribute towards over 480 of these. And although they all meet the requirement of feeding people at their facilities, not all of them carry out the same activities. Some are community feeding centers; others school dining rooms; old people’s homes; school-support centers; children’s feeding centers; rehabilitation centers and even schools. All included, they feed over 78,000 people in the Federal Capital and Suburban Buenos Aires.

As more food is received and the structure of the organization increases, more organizations are added to the Banco de Alimentos Foundation network.

Do you know of or work in an organization for which you would like to receive our help?

Network Entry Requirements:

• The entity must have Legal Status or be directly dependant on an organization with verifiable Legal Status.
• The merchandise must be handed out free of charge and without conditioning the people who need it.
• There must be no discrimination towards be beneficiaries of the food being distributed, either by race, religion, creed, neighbourhood or political party.
• Facilities must be kept in adequate sanitary conditions in accordance with the services rendered.

When an organization contacts Banco de Alimentos Foundation in order to become part of the network, they are sent an Inscription Form which they must complete, with all the information on the organization.
